Having a personal coach available to continually assist you in your strive for success is an invaluable tool recognized and utilized by the most successful people and leaders throughout the world.  Having an established contact to guide and direct you on your own path has proven to guarantee success in a shorter period of time. 
 

A.     One-on-One

 

Offering a wide choice of individualized one-on-one programs to fit the needs of the International Realtor, Valeria’s curriculum includes a weekly, 30 to 40 minute telephone coaching session tailored to the international sales agents individual needs and level of experience, from novices to Top Producers.  Her client-driven, action-oriented method provides you with the tools and techniques necessary to achieve peak performance and desired outcomes.  Program length varies with each individual’s needs and level of expertise.
 


B.     Group

 

A more structured version of the International Realtor Program is available for groups through bi-weekly group teleconference coaching sessions.  The process of each 60-minute session for groups is an intensive, collaborative endeavor where Valeria leads and facilitates the respective discussion maintaining focus and effectively delivering tactical and strategic results for each session. Participants will also receive email support. 6 month program.

  C. International Business Model Consulting for Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Related Industries –

 

For the Real Estate professional who is preparing to enter the international market and launch their business abroad, Valeria brings over 17 years of expertise in the arena of international business and the international customer and marketplace.  The IBMC system provides one-on-one executive coaching for international start-ups and international market entry.  Valeria will provide professional consulting customized to your unique business and walk you through the process of establishing your business in the international market, penetrating that market, establishing a brand and presence, capturing a substantial share of the international market through sales strategies and techniques, as well as the many nuances and intricacies of conducting business in a foreign setting. 

 

Due to the highly-specialized nature of this intensive custom program, enrollment is limited to 2 participants per year.   The program features:

 

·         Unlimited Coaching Calls

·         Unlimited E-mail Support

·         Beginning-to-End Professional Process Guidance

·         Negotiation Support with Potential Customers and Strategic Alliances

·         Personal Support with Building Strategic Alliances and Sales Presentations*

Corporate rates will be determined according to the individual needs of the organization, number of employees, number of trainings /appearances needed, etc. and require a 1-year contract with a 50% deposit. 

 

* Provided appropriate prior notice is given, Valeria will be available to personally support you with your sales presentations / negotiations.  Travel expenses and appearance fees are not included in the Program fee and are determined by the travel costs and appearance time required.
